March 2, 2007: I've decided to distribute Stuck for free online. Go here to download the entire album.

December 31, 2006: The mop3s page has been reorganized. Mop3s and projects are now listed from newest to oldest.

December 18, 2006: I've decided to let you all hear another advance mop3 from the "Stuck" album - it's called Single, and it's called that because it's about being single, and it's poppy like a pop single! I'm so clever.

December 9, 2006: Updated the bands page. There are now mini-pages for my former bands Terror Toys and Dreams Of The Fall.

December 3, 2006: Partial site redesign. There are new pages for Stuck and bands, and the images page has been redesigned.

December 2, 2006: I've created a new MySpace profile for my new solo album, featuring four new songs. Check it out!

December 1, 2006: My new solo album "Stuck" is finished. Check out an advance song: Is It Wrong That I Feel This Way. More info coming soon!

November 16, 2006: I've started work on a new solo album! Very different from Food Metal. More details coming soon. Total site redesign coming soon, hopefully. In the meantime, several new songs (unrelated to the new solo album) are available on the mop3s page, including Failure Was The Cure (by Virus Angel) and Three-Toed Sloth, part of my occasional series of Animal Of The Day songs. Finally, Food Metal is now on MySpace. Add me!

July 7, 2004: Food Metal mixing is complete! Complete mop3s of Matzah Ball Soup and All-You-Can-Eat Buffet Part 4: O Banana are now available. In addition, I've started a new band with Doèv Mokwazyï called Left On Calliope; you can download our debut track Remus Lupin as well. More news on both Food Metal and Left On Calliope soon!

June 19, 2004: Updated Equipment page because I got a new guitar!

June 11, 2004: Updated Food Metal and Lyrics pages to reflect changes in the Food Metal album track listing. Gnocchi has been cut. It sucked.

June 8, 2004: Food Metal recording is finished. Now onto mixing and editing. Also my band Control Theory will be opening for Dismantled in San Francisco on June 24th, go to the Adrenochrome website for more information.
